___ Corporate Lunch $10.50   Gourmet box lunch with choice of meats (roasted turkey breast, roast beef, black forest ham) with choice of gourmet cheese (swiss, provolone, or cheddar).  Choice of pasta salad or potato salad and fresh fruit or fruit salad.  Comes with gourmet cookie.  Lettuce and tomato tray with condiments and choice of bottled water or soda.

___ Pavilion $250.00 Pavilion can accommodate approximately 125 people.

___ Linen Tablecloths $5.00 each  White linen tablecloths only.  Other colors are available upon request. Skirted table is $15.00 per skirt *Table decoration

___ Set-up & Cleaning Fee $100.00 Normal use of a banquet room or pavilion.  Group representative will be responsible for any damages that may occur.

___ Bartender Fee $25.00/hr. ABC laws require one Ashley Plantation representative for every 75 people.

___ Server Fee $25.00/hr.

___ Beverage Coolers Quantity ___ $20 deposit per cooler

___Grill/Propane $125.00 Rental fee for the use of Ashley Plantation’s grill/propane.

(Additional charge of $50.00 will apply if the grill is not cleaned properly after use)

• Each meal plan is served buffet style and includes condiments, dips, and toppings.  Lemonade, tea, and water included.  Can soda – $1.00 per can additional.
• To upgrade to clear plastic containers, please add an additional .50 per person.
• All prices are subject to 9.3% sales and meals tax.
• 25 person minimum for all cookouts, breakfast and dinner buffets.
• Va ABC Law requires any person consuming alcoholic beverages to be at least 21 years old.
